With the Postepay App, your day needs nothing else! You can manage your Postepay prepaid card and PosteMobile SIM to access a wide range of mobile payment and telecom services. And if you don't have a Postepay card yet, you can request one directly in the App with just a few simple steps.

REQUEST THE POSTEPAY DIGITAL CARD

You can immediately request the Postepay Digital Card: the first fully digital card by Postepay, conveniently requestable through the App, which you can use for your online purchases and all the App services you need.

RECHARGE YOUR POSTEPAY CARD FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

Starting today, thanks to the Postepay Open Service, you can recharge your Postepay card using an account you have with another bank!

Download the App and start using the service by clicking on "Manage Postepay Open" or "Recharge from other accounts": after making your first recharge with Postepay Open, you can monitor and view the balance and transaction list of the accounts you add in the Postepay App.

PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASES WHEREVER YOU ARE

• Start living cashless by scanning the QR code at the cash registers of affiliated stores with your smartphone and authorize the payment directly in the App.

SIMPLELY RECHARGE YOUR PREPAID CARDS AND SIMS

• You can recharge your Postepay prepaid card using payment cards from other banks. You can also set up automatic top-ups for your Postepay card so you never run out of funds, choosing the frequency or threshold amount that suits you.
• If you have a PosteMobile SIM or another operator's SIM, you can recharge it directly in the App.

MANAGE YOUR POSTEPAY CARD AND POSTEMOBILE SIM ON THE GO

• Customize your Postepay card, modify withdrawal and payment limits, choose the geographic area of use, manage features like contactless or online purchases. You can also access monthly reports and statistics on your income and expenses and keep track of your expenditures with App notifications.
• Check and recharge the remaining credit on your PosteMobile SIM, view the remaining bonuses of your tariff plan, check traffic details, and activate offers and promotions tailored to you.

EXCHANGE MONEY WITH YOUR CONTACTS AND SEND MONEY ABROAD

• With peer-to-peer payments (p2p), you avoid the stress of collecting money to pay the bill or for a gift. Additionally, you can pay your share without needing to remember your friend's card number.
• You can also exchange available data with the Giga-to-Giga (g2g) service, thanks to PosteMobile SIM and the Postepay Connect offer.
• If you have a Postepay Evolution card, you can transfer money - even abroad - thanks to Western Union integration.

THERE'S MUCH MORE YOU CAN DO

• Authorize e-commerce purchases and transactions on the Poste websites with PosteID, digital fingerprint, or faceID.
• Temporarily block your card from payments and withdrawals.
• Manage your savings with a digital piggy bank to fulfill your desires.
• You can pay vehicle tax and bills - even to public administration - with your Postepay card directly in the App, also by scanning the code using your smartphone's camera.

To access information services and devices, you must be registered on the poste.it website. If you haven't already, you can do it directly in the App. Registration through the App is only available to adult Italian citizens with an Italian tax code and residence in Italy. For other customers, registration must be done on poste.it.
